Just Another Monday Night, but………………
“Let’s get ready for some football”!! Those familiar strains from Hank Jr. will begin playing in the not too distant future and football season will be on us again. I love the Monday night games. Whoever thought of that was a genius. I usually don’t watch much of the games. I listen on the radio. I love to do that.
I enjoy listening to the game and even the post game comments. I will generally catch the end of the game along with the after game comments and hear the show go off the air. I like the ending of the broadcasts with the music and all. then I can catch some more comments on ESPN radio and even on the Internet if I get up to check things out. I just love the radio and the games.
Monday night is such a great night for a good game. After the first day of the week you want something fun to do. I get home and do my normal stuff and then get ready for the game. I may even listen to some of the pre-game. I usually sit down to write or something along those lines with the game on. MNF is a welcome diversion from all that I generally do at home on a regular, mundane night. So come on MNF. I can hardly wait until the time comes for the games to begin.
